A highlight of the property is the magnificent garden, with two raised decked areas and outdoor seating. Guests can enjoy expansive views of the north coast towards Port Quin, Pentire and beyond. The mature grounds include an extensive lawn and beautiful flowers in season, giving the whole family space to play and relax.

Inside there is a well-presented kitchen/diner, with a good range of appliances and a handy dishwasher. Next door is a spacious dining room and wood-burning stove.

After dinner, unwind in one of the three living areas. Enjoy sundowners in the pleasant conservatory perfect for admiring the spectacular sunsets; or relax in the main sitting room on ample sofas in front of the Smart TV. There is also a snug TV room, part of the master bedroom upstairs.

As day turns to night, there are two bedrooms on the ground floor, a light and airy super-king-size room and a child's bunk room; both with en-suite shower rooms and wall-mounted TVs.

Upstairs are three more bedrooms, the first being the master king-size suite with en-suite bathroom and TV snug, which includes a single bed. There is also another large king size bedroom with sofa bed accompanied by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a children's bunk room enjoying elevated views of the countryside.

Port Isaac is a short distance north and not only hosts your amenities in one setting, but offers access to the South Western Coastal Path and the close-by, stunning viewpoint of Pontwenn View. Continue along the coast to find Polzeath, where you can catch the sun's rays at Polzeath beach, explore the National Trust's Pentire Point and finish off the day with sea view dining at Surfside Restaurant. Around the corner are the shores of Daymer Bay, popular with windsurfers and Rock, which enjoys a slipway if you are bringing a boat with you. Just across the water from here via a foot ferry is Padstow, where you can take the kids around the fascinating National Lobster Hatchery and Padstow Museum, before wandering down the renowned Camel Trail. There is so much more waiting to be discovered in this beautiful part of Cornwall, with the town of Bodmin and its neighbouring Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Bodmin Moor resting within easy reach of the property.
