The property lies nestled in the Cornish countryside and is just two miles from Port Isaac, the picturesque town famed from the TV series Doc Martin and more recently the restaurants, including the Nathan Outlaw restaurant. Popular with visitors it has changed little over the generations. This small port offers a mix of bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. Located in an area of Natural Outstanding Beauty and close to the lovely town of Padstow a great place for restaurants and home to the popular Christmas Festival. Other local attractions include the surfing paradise of Polzeath, many National Trust properties, Pencarrow House, golf at St Kew and St Enodoc , Go Karting, The Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches like Bedruthan Steps and Watergate Bay. On entering this delightful former barn you will find yourself in the cosy and inviting lounge/kitchen/diner. The comfy lounge is a great place for relaxing in front of the traditional wood burner or the TV/DVD. The bright and pleasant dining area is perfect whether you re enjoying a big meal or grabbing a snack. You will also find the washing machine housed in the nearby outbuilding. There is plenty of off road parking available.
