We had a fantastic week at Atlantic House in Port Isaac\. The cottage was comfortable, well\-equipped and in a perfect location\. Having its own parking space was a huge bonus – an absolute must in Port Isaac\!We enjoyed a lovely meal at The School House, but it was also great to have the option of cooking and using the BBQ at the cottage when we fancied a quieter evening\. Our dogs loved their stay too and were made to feel very welcome\.If you’re looking for a beautiful sandy beach nearby, we highly recommend Daymer Bay\. The access road to the car park is a little narrow, but it’s absolutely worth it\. The beach is dog\-friendly all year round, the water was incredibly calm, and it was the perfect place for our puppy to learn to swim\.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Atlantic House again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Port Isaac, especially those travelling with dogs\.

A lovely cottage perfectly placed for everything in Port Isaac with the added bonus of a parking space. This also makes it easy to go out and explore the wider area without worrying about getting parked up on your return.Very well equipped cottage with everything you would need for a home from home stay. Yes it may feel a bit dated in places but this adds to the charm and it's still clean and comfortable for a relaxing break.Don't just assume Port Isaac is all below the cottage, be sure to venture up the hill too, especially to All Aboard Café for excellent breakfasts, lunch and pizza nights! The owners live next door so if you need anything they are very helpful without being intrusive. Nice and spacious so although there were only 2 of us, even with a family of 4 you wouldn't feel cramped. Port Gaverne, Tintagel, Padstow, Rock and Polzeath are all in easy reach and The Eden Project and Bodmin Jail are just short of an hour away so plenty to do to keep you busy. Nice food and drinks places in the village meant we could go out on an evening and enjoy a drink without the worry of driving or taxis. The Slipway and The Old School House were our favourites. All in all a lovely little cottage in an excellent location and would definitely return.
