The kitchen has stairs which lead up to the first floor, which has one double bedroom and a twin or super king-size bedroom. There is a separate family shower room located on the ground floor. Outside is a professionally designed riverside garden with furniture.
There are many local attractions, such as several stores, pubs and restaurants a short walk away. Walkers can take hikes along The North Cornwall Coastal Path to discover famous land marks such as Tintagel (the birthplace of King Arthur).
Newquay is a short drive away and has a variety of leisure attractions which are great for family days out. Also nearby are Cornwall’s Atlantic coastline with several beaches and Port Isaac for its fishing harbours.
The surrounding areas of the property have many stately homes, world-renowned gardens, adventure playgrounds and theme parks, model railways, fishing lakes and golf courses, all within driving distance.
