With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to the Eden Project, the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Issac, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Leading off from the kitchen is a lobby with access to a separate downstairs WC, and the former washhouse has been transformed into a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading back into the lounge/diner the open tread staircase leads you to the first floor where the bedrooms and the shower room are located. Bedroom one, a king with TV has far reaching sea views and bedroom two is a twin (which can be made into a super king size zip and link on request). The shower room with WC is located between the bedrooms. Heading outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with patio furniture and charcoal BBQ.
