The delightful fishing town of Padstow is 7 miles away, and the hugely popular town of Newquay, with its five famous beaches, is also situated within 10 miles. Other local towns and villages include Port Isaac (the picturesque town portrayed in TV s Doc Martin), the surfing mecca of Polzeath, and the magnificent cathedral city of Truro all within 20 miles. Attractions include the fascinating Birds of Prey Centre that s within a mile, and further afield, the Lappa Valley Steam Railway, the Oasis Fun Pool, the Eden Project and Cornwall Crealy Adventure Park are all within 10 miles. Step into this stunning lodge and directly into the entrance hallway, home to a downstairs WC and utility room. The charming and welcoming lounge is a cosy space just off the hallway, with comfy seating, a Smart TV and lots of natural light flooding in through the glass sliding doors. These patio doors lead to a wonderful, decked area and provide pretty views. A delightful, fully equipped kitchen/diner offers a traditional, four seater table and a further set of doors, letting in light and offering access out to the rear garden. Upstairs are two elegant bedrooms, both with super king beds, as well as a stylish family bathroom. The lovely master bedroom also boasts access out to its own terrace via patio doors open these up to allow the fresh air in while you enjoy your morning coffee with a view. To the front, there s beautiful decking with seating so you can dine and unwind outside, and to the rear is another delightful patio area.
