Had a good stay at the old coach house i parked my car on the owners drive because it's a unadopted lane and very bumpy to park outside the cottage no fault of the owners the only issue we had a night watching TV was the Internet it was awful the only channel you could watch was bbc 1 or 2 could do with some decent sized mugs as for st austell it's very run down but it's a good base to visit everywhere so I would recommend this cottage

Great base to explore Cornwall. On-site parking, although along a rocky track, was adequate. Supermarkets close by, as is the beautiful Mevagissey fishing village, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Eden Project.
