Pros - Great size lodge - Hot tub - Had all kitchen utensils - Playground - spacious field - off the main road with 0.5 mile on country road although our journey in the dark was difficult due to road closures and had to drive through the most narrow roads pitch black! - hens roaming around the park freely - donkeys/pony's/ goats/ swans in the park - park was quiet which I preferred but my 4 year old didn't. Cons - Bed sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases all smelt of previous occupants and unclean. This was the last thing we expect from a £100 a night stay. The next day we complained and the manager came only to dispute that he checked the lodge before we came and everything was fine and couldn't smell anything. He decided to argue that there was no smell rather than say he will change the bedding. He then said he's been suffering from a cold hence why he couldn't smell. eventually he agreed to change it. - the second room wasn't changed and I agonisingly slept through next 3 nights
