Security Deposit-
Please note, the park requires a £100 security deposit payable 7 days prior to your arrival (the park will contact you directly via telephone), the funds will be released once the accommodation has been checked after your departure. A reminder of this will be sent 14 days before arrival.
Guests under the age of 18 cannot be left unattended in the accommodations. They must have a responsible adult in the accommodation at all times.
Check in from 13:00
Any other concerns regarding times and etc are strictly by prior arrangement with the Warden.

We had a lovely time at Stream Valley Caravan Park. The place itself was amazing — peaceful surroundings and a great spot to unwind. The accommodation was huge, giving us plenty of space to relax, and the hot tub was definitely the highlight of our stay!The caretaker was fantastic — very friendly, helpful, and reassuring when we brought up a few concerns. One issue we faced was the smoke and fire detector being placed too close to the hob, which caused it to go off easily while cooking. Also, the heating wasn’t working on the first night, which made it quite uncomfortable.After speaking to the caretaker, the heating issue was quickly addressed, and they set it on a timer until midnight. However, it only came back on at 6 am, so the place still got quite cold during the night.Overall, it was a good stay and we really enjoyed the experience — just a few small improvements with the heating system would make it even better.
