With sea views from the picture windows at the front of the property’s open plan living area guests can relax and plan their activities during their visit. With access to the Southwest Coast Path the picturesque harbour village of Charlestown is a ten-minute walk away with great places to eat and visit. The Roseland Peninsula is nearby and the harbour village of Mevagissey with its working harbour, restaurants and shops is well worth a visit.
Other nearby attractions include the world-famous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. There are also numerous beaches within a short distance with Carlyon Bay a short walk, but others such as Porthpean and Par Sands are also easily accessible. Chi-An-Mor is a fantastic location to base yourself when visiting Cornwall as it is very easy to access all of the county form here. Close to the major town of St Austell with all the amenities you would expect to find visitors can shop, explore, and eat with ease.

Stunning location! Easy access to coastal paths - we walked lots - and Charleston where there are many, many great places to eat. Fowey, Mevagissey, Eden Project and Lost Gardens are all in easy reach. We also travelled to Tintagle Castle which was definitely worth the trip. We visited Autumn 2024 and revisited again this year (2025) as there were a few places still to explore. Last year there was a lovely welcome of Cornish Cream Tea but nothing this year. Equally, last year the apartment was spotlessly clean. Sadly, re.cleanliness the same cannot be said for this year.

We had an amazing holiday at Chi an Mor. The apartment was beautiful with everything we needed and there was so much space considering it was an apartment. The view out the living room window was beautiful and it was so nice to see the sea so clearly out the window. The area was great with so much to do and so many different places to see and do. You are also really close to local supermarkets so it's really easy to get any food etc that you need. The restaurants in Charlestown were so nice and it was lovely that we were able to walk there and not need to drive. I would definitely recommend a holiday in Chi an Mor and the Carlyon Bay area.

Best place we have stayed in the UK! Location fab- set on a private road overlooking the sea. Walkable (up and down hills) to Carlyon Bay (amazing beach with food and shopping outlets) and Charlestown harbour. Driving distance to eden project and lost gardens of Heligon, we also ventured to Newquay, Falmouth and Mevagissey with ease. Apartment is perfect! Very spacious and well designed, good facilities eg clothes washing / drying. Parking is no problem outside and balcony view is amazing out to sea. We would highly recommend and hopefully will return!Comfier seats on terrace would make it even better!
