The spacious kitchen is a fabulous cooking space for preparing family meals, which you can carry through to the enclosed rear garden with far reaching sea and countryside views, or even just some nibbles, for al fresco dining in the well-kept garden. The sitting room is wonderfully suitable for a family with a selection of sofas and armchair along with a 50 inch smart TV; perfect for movie nights with the little ones. On the ground-floor, you’ll find a lovely bedroom with a king-size bed and also equipped with a modern fully tiled shower room just next door. By the entrance door, you will find a door leading into the integral garage, offering plenty of storage space for your sandy wetsuits and beach gear.
Upstairs you will find two further large bedrooms both with semi vaulted ceilings and the family bathroom. The main bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable king size bed, built in wardrobe and en suite shower room. The third bedroom offers twin single beds, which can be conveniently converted into a super-king bed upon prior request.
Porthtowan has cafes, pubs, and a local newsagents all within walking distance from the front door. The family friendly, sandy beach is perfect for a day soaking up the sunshine and building sand castles or for the more energetic, a surf or a dip in the sea is a must. If you feel like going further afield, why not hire a bicycle and explore the cycle paths nearby? Head to the North or South coast taking in the stunning countryside and sea views as you go.

We had the best time here and were sad to leave! The house is beautifully decorated, very well thought out and a brilliant location. The little details made it feel even more special and the owners really do think of everything. It’s a perfect home away from home. We hope to stay again one day!
