High quality accommodation offering great value. Fantastic open plan living/kitchen space overlooking open farmland. Huge bedroom and bed with excellent en-suite. Location for exploring all of the bottom half of Cornwall was outstanding, but the positioning of the house on a farm set back from any roads and with its own access meant that you always came back to a very private space. We’d have liked a visitors book and more local information as we always find these helpful but that didn’t detract from a super weeks holiday. Highly recommended.

Wonderful peaceful place to stay . We took the dog and there was a lovely walk on our doorstep down in the woods with a stream running through which he loved . The house and garden was just perfect. Booking was easy and had no problems.
