The heart of the home is most definitely the beautifully formed kitchen / dining area which invites guests to cook, eat and entertain together. Far-reaching views are on constant display, and on sunny days the doors to the balcony can be pulled back to extend the inside out.

Ideal for nature, wildlife and water lovers, the location of this property is perfect for relaxation and outdoor play, and you’ll be able to enjoy a range of activities such as boating, paddle-boarding, coarse fishing and kayaking in the area. Of course, if you’d prefer to spend your time at home there are a host a of fantastic activities to keep children and grown-ups entertained like tennis on the private court next to the property, and table tennis and pool on the top floor of the house.

*Guests with four legged companions in tow will be able to let their canines stretch their legs in the front garden however it is worth noting that although secured, dogs should be monitored when they're outside because if persistent, they may still find a way out.

The furnished lower ground deck provides a great place to enjoy sunbathing, afternoon drinks and sundowners and includes a large rattan outdoor lounge suite with footstools and tables as well as sun-loungers.

There’s a log store to the side of the house for both the wood-burner and hot tub

The tennis court is well-maintained with tennis rackets and balls provided for guests to use

The beautiful hot tub is traditional, handcrafted and wood fired and is suitable for up to 10 people and there’s an outside shower for rinsing off under

The house provides a charcoal BBQ

Parking

Private parking for five (or more) vehicles on the gravel driveway to the front of the house and its entrance.

There is an electric car charging point available for guests use at £17 per day.
