Surrounded by rural countryside views it is only a short drive from the A30 which is the gateway to explore the rest of Cornwall. Take a trip to the truly local villages of Lanivet, Roche or St Columb for a selection of shops and pubs. It is also close to Goss Moor National Nature Reserve where you can explore the seven mile multi-use trail on bike for anyone who enjoys the great outdoors.

We had a lovely holiday and found the cottage very comfortable, with everything you need (16 night stay). We choose the location as easy access to major routes so we could get around Cornwall We contacted the office over a couple of minor problems (light bulbs and extra linen) but these were promptly solved. We stayed over the extremely stormy weekend and they contacted us and popped out to check shed) Highly recommend this property and customer service very Professional, Polite and Reassuring Will definitely book again
