Popular with families, surfers and cyclists, the nearby village of Portreath (1 mile) has a wonderful selection of local shops and pubs to choose from. For walkers, there is direct access to the South West Coast Path, taking you through the different local habitats and the stone ruins of old wheelhouses. The property is positioned just 0.5 miles from the mining trails , close to Portreath's various woods, and you can also walk along the Coast to Coast trail to Devoran (11.5 miles). Drive along the coast to Godrevy Lighthouse (6.5 miles) or further on down to Hayle (10 miles). The vibrant seaside town of St Ives is only 16 miles away by car. Enter through the front door into an abundance of traditional features, including exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings.
