On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms; a double and twin, each with a TV and ample storage space, as well as quirky brick-wall-style wallpaper on a feature wall and serviced by a family bathroom with bath and separate shower, so you have a choice of how you want to begin each day, while the second floor has an identical layout of a double and twin bedroom and family bathroom. Outside you will find an enclosed garden with a picnic bench, along with off-road parking for two cars. The town of Redruth is just under three miles away, with a selection of shops and eateries, while Portreath and the north Cornwall coast are a mile and a half away. From here, you can access St Agnes and the lovely sandy beaches at Chapel Porth and Perranporth by heading north along the coastline. Redruth is a small town in Cornwall, once the centre of Cornish mining history now at the heart of a unesco World Heritage Site. The town offers a selection of shops, pubs and eateries, as well as a variety of continental markets held throughout the year. Attractions close to Redruth include the Carn Brea Trail, The Great Flat Load, Tolgus Tin Stream Works and the Tehidy Country Park. The beach at Portreath is a 10-minute drive, while the stunning North coast is a superb playground for surfing and all watersports, with resorts such as St Ives, Falmouth, the Roseland Peninsula and the whole Lizard Peninsula within easy reach.
