Ascend the spiral staircase to the first floor, where you'll be welcomed by a well-lit open-plan living area that is flooded with natural light streaming through the Velux roof windows and front-facing windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The dining area offers comfortable seating for up to six guests, while the living area is furnished with two plush sofas, an armchair, and a Smart television, creating an inviting and communal space for the entire group. Stepping outside, you'll find the southwest-facing front garden, which provides the perfect spot to bask in the sun and offers outdoor seating for six guests.
