The property was excellent. Right by the stream running into the sea with a gate to walk straight onto the beach. Comfortable beds and good kitchen facilities, even a washer and tumble dryer. If booking through an external company such as vrbo be sure to register an account with cottages.com as the check-in communications are sent to that. Would definitely stay there again if back in Perranporth

This is the 2nd time we have stayed and it’s perfect for us, the location is by far the best thing about this place. You have everything you need in the apartment, although it’s slightly small that didn’t bother us as we was out all day. It was clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give perfect scores for the cleanliness was some of the cushions on the sofa didn’t smell very nice.
