Great location, level walk to town and beach which is a stones throw away. Unfortunately the cleanliness was below average and general upkeep needs some work. Bathroom was unclean and needed maintenance. A leak was fixed whilst we were there which was great. Mattresses in need of upgrade. After staying the previous year and giving it 5 stars overall, disappointed how it has gone downhill.

The property was comfortable, and location to the beach was excellent. Some areas of the property could do with a little TLC - kick board in the bathroom coming away. Curtains in the twin room not fully attached. Shower dial on the wrong way (so you have to remember to turn it the opposite way). It would be helpful if there was a file with equipment manuals in as went to use the dishwasher which came up with an error message which we couldn’t figure out
