Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room with fridge and washer/dryer, a boot room for storing walking and cycling gear, and a handy cloakroom for your convenience. Climb the stairs to the first floor where three well-presented bedrooms await, a double with en-suite bathroom featuring a beautiful roll top bath, a double and a 4’0 double, the latter of which are served by a well-appointed bathroom with its own roll top bath, perfect for enjoying relaxing soaks in style. In the morning, wake-up tired eyes with a steaming cup of coffee and a walk around the expansive gardens where you can head up to the bench and soak up the incredible views on offer. Explore the local village where you will find a delightful selection of pubs and restaurants on offer, including The Copper Kettle and The Kings Arms, as well as a good selection of takeaways for those evenings where you don’t fancy venturing far. Situated right on the Atlantic coast in far West Cornwall, walk from the door to Kenidjack Valley Cove and along the breathtaking South West coastal path to National Trust's Cape Cornwall and take a dip at Priests Cove tidal pool. For local beaches visit Portheras Cove, Gwynver and Sennen. Explore the South West Coast, just a short drive away, with the famous Minack Theatre, Porthcurno beach and beautiful Lamorna Cove. Also, soak up the sights of Kenidjack Cliff Castle, The Count House, Botallack Mine and the National Trusts Levant Mine and Beam Engine, to a name a few! For a wider selection of amenities, head for the delights of Penzance, where you will find a picturesque harbour, the Penlee House Gallery & Museum and a ferry terminal offering trips to the gorgeous Isles of Scilly, certainly not to be missed! The glorious sands of Long Rock Beach are nearby and offer a fantastic setting to bath, surf or paddle the shores. Keen twitchers are well catered for with the scenic RSPB Marazion Marsh where they can spot the local birdlife amongst the lush scenery. From Marazion’s harbour, why not take a trip to the historic St. Michael’s Mount which houses a medieval castle and a Norman Church. A trip to Cornwall wouldn’t be complete without a visit to St Ives, where you view a wealth of art at the Tate St Ives, explore the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture, create your own souvenir to take home at The Leach Pottery, or enjoy the excellent selection of beaches on offer. All this and more awaits with a stay at Tregeseal House.

Just eight miles west of Penzance, St Just is the closest town to Land's End.

Many prehistoric artefacts and monuments may be found throughout the town, including the Bronze Age site near Cape Cornwall. With its location on the edge of the moors and near proximity to Cornwall's stunning north coast, St Just is a great base from which to explore the region's remote western reaches. Plain-an-Gwarry, a mediaeval miraculous playhouse, is located in the heart of the town and hosts the Lafrowda Festival.
