About this property

Settled in this lovely location amongst the Penwith Heritage Coast in St Just, Cornwall is this spectacular five-bedroom holiday home, Sunset House. Boasting a cinema room, sauna, enclosed garden with hot tub, off-road parking and pet-friendly accommodation, Sunset House welcomes ten guests and two four-legged friends to delight in a fabulous escape to Cornwall. Cross the threshold into your new abode, to be impressed by a splendid open-plan living space hosting a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove, the social hub of the home perfect for spending quality time with loved ones. As the designated chef rustles up a tasty dish, kick back and relax in the cinema room, beautifully-decorated with a large projector screen and your very own popcorn machine so you can experience the full cinematic experience from the comfort of your own home-from-home. Take advantage of a stunning spa room and external sauna for some much-needed R&R before freshening up in the ground-floor shower room. If you wish to bask in your surroundings a little longer, step out onto the enclosed patio boasting a fire pit, barbecue and bubbling hot tub, where you can reflect on your favourite memories so far or plan for the days ahead. If you begin to tire, retreat to one of five bedrooms over the first and second floors, including a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a super-king-size with en-suite shower room and three further super-king-size, all with Smart TVs to rest your head in. If you can tear yourself away, venture to the beautiful Cornish Coast where you can find Portheras Cove, an idyllic spot to sink your toes into the golden sand or paddle in the shores; visit the Botallack Mine which resides close by and was used during the filming of BBC’s Poldark series. Follow the Cornwall Coast Path, starting at Cape Cornwall and stretching for miles with magnificent, far-reaching views across the cliffs and hills or venture to Pendeen Watch Lighthouse, the last shore station on the north coast of west Cornwall. Further afield, discover Penzance, St Ives and Carbis Bay, Sunset House is the perfect spot to begin your fun-filled Cornish adventure.

On the Penwith Peninsula, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in North West Cornwall, sits the beautiful village of Pendeen. There are a few charming taverns, convenience stores, and pottery/galleries there. Additionally, there is a charming lighthouse situated away from the village's centre, from which you may take in miles-long views of the most breathtaking sea. There are so many amazing things to see and do in this less well-known region of the county, from exploring the rocky coastline to donning your walking boots and crisscrossing the stunning countryside with public trails at every turn! The beautiful beaches, as well as the numerous coastal towns and activities, will keep you busy in this region of Cornwall. Enjoy Penzance's shopping, find hidden treasures in the numerous harbourfront galleries in St. Ives, or find the ideal souvenirs in Mousehole's oddity shops. You should put Porthcurno's magnificent coastline and open-air Minack Theatre on your "must visit" list, and you can also take in the many places used to film the BBC's Poldark. This wonderful place offers something for everyone, whether you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation, an exciting adventure, or both.
