Argal is named after the tranquil lake it overlooks, with the market town of Penryn just two and a half miles away. You access the apartment down a private lane and via a set of old stone steps to the first floor. Entering into the impressive open-plan sitting room, with comfortable sofas, a contemporary breakfast bar, and a well-equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need for a wonderful holiday in this stunning location. There are two large, well-appointed bedrooms, one of which has zip/link beds, offering flexibility for both adult and family groups. The bathroom features a deep bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. From the doorstep, you can enjoy scenic walks through beautiful countryside, while just a short drive takes you to Falmouth, with its beaches, restaurants, pubs, independent shops, galleries, the National Maritime Museum, and Pendennis Castle. The apartment also offers easy access to the Helford River, along with Glendurgan Gardens and Trebah Gardens. Why not spend a day at the nearby Kernow Adventure Park, which offers water sports for all ages, from wakeboarding and ringo rides to an inflatable assault course, ensuring fun for everyone. On-site, guests can also enjoy a grass tennis court, with rackets and balls provided. Please note the court may be closed in adverse weather to protect the surface. Argal is a delightful and beautifully furnished apartment in a superb location, perfect for a holiday at any time of year.

The on site facilities are brilliant, Dart board, pool table, playstation, table tennis and hot tub. There is also a tennis court which was closed during our stay due to the time of year. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again next year.

Myself,Wife and two teenage kids stayed here for a week and love it. Has loads of things to keep you all entertained and also in close distance to some stunning beaches. We will definitely be back

Argal is modern and nicely decorated the bedrooms and bathroom are generous in size with extremely comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with modern oven microwave induction hob fridge freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen does need additional crockery limited glass wear and only 4 bowls plates side plates and mugs but we managed. The stools at the breakfast bar are a bit too high beautiful to look at but not as practical or comfortable to use. The area is wonderfully quiet and peaceful lovely for the dogs with a great exercise area to stretch their legs first and last thing each day. If mobility is not a problem thereâs a walk down the field to the Argal reservoir footpath a walk around the whole reservoir takes around an hour unless like us you stop and enjoy a coffee and cake at the cafe half way round. The Red Lion pub and New inn are close by both served delicious food probably best to book and Windjammer in Falmouth was also fabulous. We had a wonderful week and loved our stay Ian was on hand for any questions highly recommended.
