Helford, a stunning barn conversion, sits in the hamlet of Treverva, two and a half miles from the old Cornish market town of Penryn. With spacious, luxury accommodation, set in a tranquil idyllic location overlooking the Argal Reservoir, this is a perfect cottage for touring the area. Arrive at Treverva Farm via a private drive leading you to the holiday cottages and stables. The cottage thoughtfully boasts reverse-level accommodation to make the most of the superb views from the open-plan living room. There are four bedrooms, two of which benefit from en-suite facilities along with a further bathroom shared between the two bedrooms on the ground floor. The bedrooms offer zip/link beds giving you the option of king size beds, or two single beds. The Kernow Adventure Park is close by and offers water-sports for all ages from wakeboarding, ringo rides, inflatable assault course amongst other activities ensuring a fun filled day. A wonderful contemporary cottage yet full of character in an idyllic location to be enjoyed all year round. Grass tennis court is now available for guests to use. Rackets and balls available on site. Please note court may be closed due to adverse weather conditions in order to protect it.
Penryn is a Cornish market town rich in history with a host of restaurants, pubs and cafés as it also has a museum and the Enys Gardens. Along the river is Falmouth, a popular seaside resort with a stunning harbour, plenty of amenities and a choice of activities to keep you busy. Alternatively, outdoor lovers can trek the South West Coast Path, or the magnificent city of Truro is also easily reachable.

The children loved the Dart board, playstation, table tennis, pool table and the hot tub!! The tennis court was closed due to the time of year, but another brilliant option to keep everyone entertained. The location is ideal, only a short drive from Falmouth centre, and other areas of interest. The beautiful Argal lake is accessed at the bottom of the garden and well worth a visit. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend
