This beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home is sited in a fabulous location, on a premium hedge row pitch (no. 293) at the super family run Harlyn Sands Holiday Park at Harlyn Bay, just 3 miles from the seaside town of Padstow.

An easy 5 minute walk down through the site’s private access, takes you to stunning sandy beaches and breath-taking coastal walks.

Surrounded by seven spectacular sandy bays, all within a ten minute drive from the site and a choice of five different beaches within walking distance from the site, makes our location an absolute surfers paradise!

Harlyn Bay, being the nearest, is a safe, sandy, family beach, where the surf school offers lessons and hire for surfing, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. There is also a popular 18 hole golf course just two minutes drive away!

Our beautiful holiday caravan is super clean and tastefully furnished in a coastal style throughout. It is situated in a quiet, more private area of the site away from the road and entertainment areas.

There are three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, one of which can convert to a secondary double bed if required, sleeping up to six guests.

There are two 3 seater sofas in the light and airy, spacious lounge, with gas fire, tv and a DVD player.

There is a dining table that seats 6 in the dining area just off the fully equipped kitchen.

There is also a shower room and a separate toilet.

Outside, a large, grassed, well maintained garden area to the side of the caravan provides a lovely space for family gatherings, barbecues and sunbathing offering a good degree of privacy. Table and chairs are provided with a lockable storage box in the garden area.

Duvets, pillows (x 2 each bed) and mattress protectors are all provided, but guests are required to bring their own bed linens, towels and tea towels.

Toilet roll & kitchen roll is not provided so please remember bring your own for your stay along with bed linens etc.

A security deposit of £100.00 per week is required at the time of booking which will be returned after departure when the caravan has been inspected and no damages/breakages are found and the key returned to reception upon check out.

This deposit is non refundable if you cancel your booking/no show.

Full payment of the balance is required six weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
