Offshore is a gem of a self catering cottage just a few minutes walk out of Crantock in North Cornwall and is perfect for a family get away. The cottage is based in a quiet residential road, making it a safe haven for families with children. Whilst tucked away, the cottage is less than a ten minute walk from the centre of the village where you will find two pubs, a local store and other attractions. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk from Crantock’s large, sandy beach meaning you are never too far from the sea or the water’s edge - ideal for surfers! Offshore is semi detached and is a deceptively large cottage with a bright, beachy-surfer feel to it. Each bedroom has an assigned colour theme with a modern, feel-good energy created by the natural light pouring through the many windows. As a relatively newly built cottage, its spacious layout makes for easy, safe, fun living; and with the added bonus of a fully enclosed garden, children are free to explore leaving the parents to kick back and relax!
Crantock is a small Cornish village, set back from the coast, close to the popular resort of Newquay. If you want to escape the crowds, yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore; however, it is the coast that dominates. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
