Head into the bright and airy sitting room from the hallway and sink into one of the sofas, making yourselves at home after your journey. There is a games room with a PlayStation and multi games table to entertain you during your nights in, while the kitchen is well-appointed for cooking up delicious meals to be had in the dining room. Each bedroom has its very own en-suite for your convenience and a TV, so you can unwind with one of your favourite shows before drifting off to sleep after a tiresome day exploring the local attractions. There is one ground floor bedroom occupying a super king-size bed, which can be twins on request, while upstairs are a further three bedrooms. Choose to spend your summer afternoons out in the enclosed garden, where the kids can roam free with the dog as you sip a glass of your favourite tipple on the raised decking, a delightful spot to relax.

The beds were comfortable and the property was clean. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to cook for a large group of people. Games room was a hit with the kids and we spent most evenings in there. Really appreciate the additional ping pong balls and net that was delivered during our stay. Apparently the air hockey didn't work but the kids didn't seemed fussed about that. Could of used some chalk for the pool table, we resorted to using a paracetamol but not should if that did the same job, but it was good for banter! The property is well located about a 20 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Newquay, if you can, I thoroughly recommend checking the tides and walking to Lusty Glaze and making your way into town from there along the shoreline, a more pleasant experience. There is a Spar within a couple of minutes walk as well as Francine's Fiah and Chips, excellent and great value for money. Thank you for a wonderful week.
