No 77 is a Privately owned Superior 4 berth Holiday home having a lovely homely feel with free standing furniture, tables & lamps, paintings etc. Its a 2 Bedroom model with en-suite toilet off the main double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and family shower/wc washroom perfect for up to 4 guests max.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes everything you may need, including a slow cooker, potts & pans, Tassimo coffee machine and all your cooking equipment, microwave, gas cooker/double oven,  fridge/freezer, dishwasher, crockery, glasses and utensils etc.

Also provided for your comfort in the caravan is a 40 inch 4K Smart TV freeview ,Bluetooth speaker , Hoover, Iron and Ironing board and a hairdryers.

No77 is sited near to the office, shop and all the other facilities the outdoor pool is just 100m.

The French doors open onto the wrap around veranda so you can enjoy the open views whilst sitting on the table and chairs for alfresco meals or relaxing , day or night.

We have a selection of beach equipment for guests free to use etc, beach wind breaks, junior surf board, body boards, skim board, buckets spades, bat n ball, crab nets and other things all used at the guests own risk and discretion

Palmside No.77 Hillside is sited on the beautiful, quiet, 5 star Trevella Park; voted one of Cornwall’s best parks which located perfectly to explore the whole of Cornwall just 25mins to Padstow or 30mins to St ives you are never more than 15miles from the sea.in Cornwall

Trevella Park has a heated outdoor pool and children’s pool, which are free to our guests. There are also fenced play areas with zip lines, slides swings etc., a crazy miniature golf (small charge) and a small games room with pool table ,Micro Pub which can used for Takeaway Drinks to enjoy at No77 etc.

Trevella has 2 well-stocked fishing lakes, one with Carp up to 28lbs. A River Licence will be required. There is also a small shop and takeaway.

Venturing off the park, Crantock Beach and Gannel Estuary are just a 20/30 minute walk away through the woodland walk. This beach is a must visit with its large dunes and crystal clear water in the Gannel river estuary (Tidal); Fantastic Beach/Estuary for kids to explore play in the clear waters. If you Paddle board, Kayak or Surf this is the place for you.

Newquay town is just a 30 minute walk from Trevella or you can catch the bus from the site gate stop. Newquay is regarded as the UK surf capital at Fistral Beach, along with its other beaches. The town also has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops etc.

Attraction and activities in and around Newquay include Newquay Zoo, Sea life Centre, surf schools, water sports centre, Oasis fun pool, Wave Runner, Safari fishing trips, an Aqua park, Zorbing park, indoor/outdoor Bowls, Newquay Golf Club, football, Golf ,Go Karting and Segway hire.

Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
