Located between Newquay and Padstow on the beautiful north Cornish coast, Mawgan Porth is a small, protected cove. You can surf, swim, and explore the nearby caves and coastal trails on the beach's golden sand. Take advantage of the warm weather and head to the coast this summer, whether it's to try surfing for the first time or just to take a leisurely stroll along the cliffs and watch the waves crash below. Among the many fantastic restaurants in close proximity to Mawgan Porth are Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. A public spa is available to guests at the Scarlet Hotel, which is an adults-only facility. Mawgan Porth features a few shops, including a village store and deli and a farm shop selling meat, eggs, vegetables, bread, and pasties made from local ingredients, as well as tennis courts, a pitch and putt, and an 18-hole golf course with ocean views.
