Make use of the parking next to the property and then head inside to relax on the corner sofa in front of the Smart TV. Assist any budding chefs in the fully-equipped kitchen before tucking into their culinary creations at the dining table. After dinner, why not step outside to the private deck to admire the sun setting over Cornwall? Then head inside for a quick shower before turning in for the night in either the double or twin bedroom. Holidaying at Sun Haven provides guests with ample opportunities to explore picturesque woodlands as well as access to award-winning beaches, Blue Flag beaches; a truly fabulous coastal setting. During the day partake in a variety of excursions; the famed Eden Project home to exciting tropical biomes, lies just a short scenic drive from the park as does The Japanese Garden where you can meander the winding paths to marvel at the unique gardens, all influenced by the East. Alternatively, if being by the sea is more your thing, cross the bridge over the small stream at the bottom of the park to begin your adventure along the River Menalhyl leading to the picturesque beach at Mawgan Porth. Treat yourself, after the walk, to a traditional Cornish pint in the Merrymoor Inn. The iconic surfing town of Newquay is just a short scenic drive from the park providing keen surfers with an abundance of opportunities to catch waves at Fistral and Towan Beach or Bedruthan Steps. Mawgan Porth, located between Newquay and Padstow on the stunning north Cornish coast, is a secluded bay renowned for its golden sand beach, excellent surf, and closeness to numerous caves and a coastal walk. Hang out in the warm summer sun, learn to ride the waves, or take a stroll along the cliffs while keeping an eye out for the wild waters below. The wonderful Scarlet Hotel, which caters only to adults, is located in Mawgan Porth, and offers Spa services to both hotel guests and the general public. Local favourites include Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. You may find a deli, a farm shop with meat and eggs, and a bakery with fresh bread and pasties in Mawgan Porth, as well as tennis courts, a pitch and putt, and an 18-hole golf course with coastal views.
