Utilise the parking space next to the property before stepping through into your new home-from-home, stepping straight into the fully-equipped kitchen to make a start on dinner which can then be enjoyed at the dining table. After dinner enjoy evening drinks upon your private decking with hilltop views making this a memorable setting. When the evening ends, venture back inside and locate the shower room to freshen up before retiring to the double or either twin bedrooms. A Blue Flag beach and miles of hiking trails winding through Cornwall's verdant, beautiful forests are both within easy reach of Sun Haven Holiday Park. Extending both outside and inside the park's boundaries, hikers will find a plethora of spectacular paths to explore. Following the River Menalhyl through the woods from the park's starting point, you and your dog can enjoy a day of relaxation on the sands of Mawgan Porth. Be sure to stop off at the Merrymoor Inn for a pint of traditional Cornish ale; you've earned it! The park is also conveniently close to popular tourist destinations like the educational tropical biomes at the Eden Project and the numerous picturesque eastern-inspired gardens at The Japanese Garden. Mawgan Porth is a sheltered cove on the beautiful north Cornish coast between Newquay and Padstow known for its golden sand beach, great surf, and abundance of caves and coastal footpath to explore. Relax in the warm summer sun, master the art of surfing, or take a leisurely stroll along the cliffs while keeping an eye on the waves. The nearby town of Mawgan Porth is filled with excellent dining options, including Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant. The adults-only Scarlet Hotel is also located there and offers Spa services to visitors. Tennis courts, a pitch and putt, and an 18-hole golf course with Atlantic views can all be found in Mawgan Porth, along with a deli, a farm shop selling meat and eggs, and a bakery selling bread and pasties made with local ingredients.
