The spacious apartment sits in a superb location for a family, or for one or two couples looking to enjoy the many spectacular beaches and the wonderful rugged Cornish coastline close by. Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a spacious open plan living room with stunning far-reaching ocean views from the seating area and the balcony.

You can start your day by enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony, watching the early morning surfers hit the waves. This is a wonderful room to completely relax in, most tastefully furnished by the owner. You’ll also find a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining and seating area from which to enjoy the fantastic views - whatever the weather. There are two bedrooms. The master double offers a balcony with sea views, and an en-suite shower, WC and basin. The second double bedroom enjoys all-day sun, and beautiful views of the hills above Crantock village and beyond. The family bathroom has a bath to enjoy a leisurely soak after a day spent on your choice of beach, with Fistral and Crantock both being within walking distance.

Newquay offers a superb selection of beaches, which are amongst the finest in the county. Pentire is a peaceful, sought-after area that offers a number of cafes, hotel restaurants and spa facilities, and a very popular yoga studio with views across Fistral Beach. The picturesque Pentire Headland is a few minutes’ walk away, offering panoramic coastal views and wild flowers for much of the year.To be enjoyed all year round with fantastic coastal and beach views in every direction, the headland is also the setting for Lewinnick Lodge. Proudly sat directly on the cliffs, it offers award-winning local food and ales and is open throughout the day.

A walk in the other direction from the apartment will take you into Newquay, with all the amenities you would expect from one of the leading seaside resorts in the UK.

Newquay is a town on the north coast of Cornwall, resting just 14 miles away from Padstow. Newquay is known for being the UK’s surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf. Within the town centre, you will find a superb range of shops, pubs and fine dining restaurants, as well as attractions to suit all. Such attractions include, the Zoo, the Sea Life Centre and the South West Coast Path passes in both directions.
