The location of the property is perfect for those who want to be away from the crowds whilst still within easy reach of the beautiful beach; walk down to Porth Beach for a day on the flat golden sands soaking up the sunshine, with this beach being more popular with families rather than surfers, so you can enjoy a peaceful paddle in the blue waters. For those seeking the action of the famous Newquay surf, then head down to Fistral Beach and catch the waves coming off the Cribbar Reef, with seasoned pros coming from all over to this UK surfing hotspot as well as complete novices seeking to learn some tips and tricks from the local surf schools.
