A three bedroom cottage located on a working farm with stunning coastal views and access to 15 acres of woodland. Only two miles from a wonderful sandy beach..

Situated in a lovely rural valley and surrounded by open countryside, this pair of delightful holiday cottages enjoy wonderful views over to the sea at Mawgan Porth. Away from farm traffic, on a small organic working cattle and sheep farm, enjoy watching the young farm animals, or feel free to walk the nature trail set in 15 acres of woodland valley, which is home to a variety of wildlife. Mawgan Porth, 2 miles, has a wonderful sandy beach and an 18-hole golf course. Both the resorts of Newquay and picturesque Padstow are within an 8 mile radius. The Eden Project is also within easy reach and Watergate Bay, is only 3 miles away. The idyllic village of St Mawgan, 1 mile, has interesting antique and craft shops, a pub and post office with tea room and a Bonsai nursery. Porth View (B5601) and Merlin View (B5602) can be booked together to accomodate up to 12 guests.

Lovely cottage in rural location. Beautiful views, very peaceful. The only reason I would not return is the Collie dog kept on a chain for most of the day.No pet should live like that. Unfortunately, seeing this put a downer on my holiday.

Absolute stunning property with exceptional views. Loved to sit out early morning and late evening just enjoying the peace and tranquility. The cottage is spacious and has everything you need. There is even a washing machine and dryer available should you need it. We arrived to a pleasant suprise of milk and coffee, which was wonderful. We can’t wait to return.
