With everything you could want from a holiday, Newquay is jam packed with activities and facilities for your family getaway. Pubs, shops, clubs and a cinema are just a few of the many attractions you will find here, in addition to the renowned Blue Reef Aquarium and beautiful beaches such as Fistral, Crantock and Towan. Slightly further afield (19 miles), take a tour of the Lost Gardens of Heligan or explore the renowned coastal gems of Watergate Bay (2.5 miles), and Padstow (16 miles). Upon entering this home, you will immediately step into the light and airy ground floor hallway, which has space at the door to slip off those sandy shoes. To the right is a WC and a doorway into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is opposite. The kitchen has everything you need including an electric oven and induction hob, built in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Within the kitchen is also a spacious breakfast bar for two, a great spot to plan the day s adventures. The dining table has plenty of seating for six guests. Heading up the stairs to the first floor, you have entrances to two of the three bedrooms available, the first of which provides a king size bed, TV and en suite shower room with waterfall shower and WC. The second bedroom contains twin beds and ample storage space. Completing this floor is the family bathroom with waterfall shower over the bath and WC. Making your way up the second stairway, you ll find the third and final bedroom with a king size bed, Smart TV and en suite shower room with waterfall shower and WC. You can access your private, enclosed outdoor space via the kitchen/dining area. There is outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ to really enjoy those summer nights at your home from home. There is a private parking space for one car near the home s entrance, with additional public parking available just across the road from the property.
