parking & outside: Allocated parking for 1 car - a permit, which will be provided, must be displayed at all times, secure enclosure for surf boards etc. Private balconies with furniture, children must be supervised at all times.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Security Deposit: £250

Power and Heat: Electricity and gas included in rent; heated towel rails in bathrooms during winter and an electric heated clothes stand in the summer months.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels); Please order zip and linked beds in advance.
