They were very helpful indeed. The property wasn’t what we would normally choose but it was clean, facilities were great for the kids and the house was all we needed. There were some broken items on arrival which we reported. A radiator hanging off the wall and strips cuts on the fabric side of the bed base I’m the front bedroom.

Also I was unable to get access to WiFi. I wrote to you but you never replied. I tried getting access via to no avail. As I don't usually need to have to much data, I had to buy more at the cost of £34.88. Which I want refunded to me. The information that we needed to contact someone was not easily found, which we eventually found on 14th July. I managed to contact the maintenance company who came out and they said that the aerial was loose, something that I couldn't have done. He was unable to access WiFi. I understand that they contacted you and you said that you would contact the provider and get them to reboot the WiFi. We left on 16th and it still wasn't working. I await your reply and the refund of £34.88
