About this Holiday Cottage

Set in its own grounds, Parc Vean is a spacious 19th Century single storey cottage only half a mile from Mylor Yacht Harbour.  Detached and situated on a rural hillside, the property has panoramic views of the Fal Estuary and Roseland Peninsula and is surrounded by spectacular rivers and creeks. 

Living Space

Front door opening into a modern fitted kitchen with a double oven and induction hob, a dishwasher, microwave and a large dining table.

Utility room just off the kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. 

A door from the utility room opens out into the private garden.

Steps down to a cosy living room with bi-fold doors out to the terrace which has views of the enclosed garden, fields and the estuary.

The living room includes a colour TV, DVD player, an iPod dock and a woodburner with logs provided.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Kingside double bedroom with an en-suite shower also featuring a wc and wash basin.

Twin bedroom.

Separate shower room with a wash basin and wc.

Outside

A private drive leads up to the cottage which is set within its own private grounds.  The property has a private garden and terrace.  Parking for 2 cars is onsite.

Other Things to Note

All bed linen and towels are supplied.  The cottage is non-smoking throughout, and sorry no pets please.  WiFi internet access is available and a supply of logs for the woodburner is included. Cosy central heating is throughout.

Changeover day is a Friday.

The cottage sits in a peaceful rural location yet is just half a mile from Mylor Yacht Harbour where you can hire dinghies, canoes and kayaks. 

Falmouth's many attractions are within easy reach and the location is perfect for exploring South Cornwall and popular Cornish gardens at Glendurgan, Trelissick and Trebah.  The Eden Project and Heligan Gardens are within easy driving distance.
