… right on the quayside in Flushing, a waterside house with stunning views across the harbour to Falmouth. Steps immediately in front of the house lead down to the water. This is a wonderful area for boating, or you can just sit by your window and enjoy watching the boats drift by. A small yard to one side is useful for drying wetsuits, beach towels and clothes and storing bicycles etc.
Inside, comfortable and well furnished. A pretty little cobbled path leads to the entrance at the side. Living room with ornamental Victorian fireplace, TV/DVD/video and view across the water; kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) divided from the dining room by a breakfast bar; utility room (washer-drier) with door to yard. Upstairs, three bedrooms – the master double (5' bed) at the front with French windows to balustrade (lovely view), a twin and, leading off it, a children's small bunk room (2'6" beds, limited clothes-hanging space). Bathroom (suite plus hand-shower and separate shower, 5'11" lintel). Off road parking for one car. A great base for beaches and places to visit, or for just doing nothing and enjoying the views.

"This cottage in Flushing is ideally situated in a quiet but convenient location. It is comfortable and well equipped. Close by is a restaurant, two pubs and a local shop. The icing on the cake is having the Flushing Ferry on the quayside."

"Excellent communication from Helpful Holidays. Flushing is a lovely village . Locals were very friendly and welcoming. The village shop is well stocked. Excellent food in the local pubs and restaurant. Mussel card was an excellent way to travel in the area without using the car."
