Cove 1 is a large, comfortable apartment located above the busy Cove Bar and Restaurant, overlooking Maenporth Beach. It's the perfect choice of holiday accommodation for a large family. Less than a minute from the beach, and 10 minutes from the bustling town of Falmouth where you'll find something of interest for everyone in your party.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and accessed via the foyer shared with the Penthouse. Once inside you'll see the huge open-plan living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The conservatory is furnished with comfortable wicker chairs where you can relax with your book, bask in the warmth and watch the activity on the beach or the sea in all its moods. The property also benefits from new partial air-conditioning and sound-proofing.

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations.  The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors.  The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and there’s a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by.  The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna and 4 tennis courts, pool and table tennis tables, and a children’s play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.

Please note, the tennis courts are currently closed for essential maintenance and aim to be open for May Half Term.

Please note: Cove 1 is directly above the restaurant. Please expect some business-related noise.

Please Note: The Maenporth Estate does not allow minibuses or trade vans on site.

EV Car Charging: Four electric car charging points on the estate next to the Leisure Centre. Two chargers are 7kW and two are 22kW, all with type 2 chargers. You will need the EV Charge app.

Local Facilities: Beach a short walk down the hill. Complex includes restaurant and bar near the beach, indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, games tables and children’s play area. Falmouth with all facilities 3 miles.
