Lemon Tree, a delightful duplex apartment settled over the first and second floors of a village shop, rests in the delightful village of Mylor Bridge and is an ideal base for a family or two couples looking to explore the wonders of the Cornish coast. Park in the large free car park opposite the property and ascend the stairs to discover a light and airy living/dining room where guests can enjoy a hearty meal and a movie marathon. Well-presented and housing a great selection of appliances, the kitchen is a lovely space to cook up a storm as the handy utility takes care of your muddy clothes. On the first floor there is also a delightful terrace, overlooking the village and decorated with plants, this is a fantastic spot to enjoy a tipple in the evening as you reflect on your day. Freshen up in the shower room before catching your rest in one of the two homely bedrooms, each zip/link beds which can be set up as twins on request. Mylor Bridge is a charming Cornish village offering a local shop for your essentials, and a handful of eateries, including the Lemon Arms. The village has access to Mylor Creek and Carrick Roads, popular for sailing and boating. Take the car, or a boat from Falmouth, for a trip up the stunningly beautiful Helford River and while there, call in at Glendurgan and Trebah Gardens for the horticultural treat of the year. The area is perfectly placed too for exploring the rugged cliffs, sandy coves and fishing villages of the Lizard Peninsula, also The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are both within an hour’s drive.
