With a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and comfortable open-plan living/dining area it's perfect for family holidays, or a wonderful place to enjoy a peaceful break outside of the busy season. 

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove with a sandy beach. It's also close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy coastal walks, and the great outdoors. There is a superb restaurant and bar overlooking the family-friendly beach where guests can unwind and enjoy some great, locally sourced food. If you're looking for something less formal, try 'Life's a Beach Café' which is situated on the Maenporth sands.

The gated resort has a large 15m indoor, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and games room with table tennis and a pool table in the leisure centre. Outside there are a children's play area, two all-weather tennis courts, plus a grassed area for playing football or other family ball games. You can also walk down directly to the beach through a lovely woodland path.

There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who would like to exercise and enjoy the views. The sandy beach will keep both adults and children endlessly entertained. It really is a great all-year round destination for those who want to see what Cornwall has to offer.

Ground Floor

Family bathroom with bath, overhead shower, wash basin, W.C., and heated towel rail.

Parking available in the car park in front of the property entrance.

Included: Bed linen, towels, (guests must provide their own beach towels), electricity, heating, Wi-Fi. Travel cot and high chair available to hire on request.

Internet and Telephone: High speed Wi-Fi. No landline available. Mobile reception generally good, but please check with your provider prior to booking.

Pets: Regrettably, guests are not permitted to have pets on-site.

Electric Vehicles: This property does not have suitable facilities for charging electric vehicles, however, there are four charging points outside the leisure centre.
