Finders Cottage is a semi-detached, reverse style property, laid out over two floors. It is tucked away in a peaceful corner on the edge of the wonderful gardens of Maenporth Estate, and backing onto a tree enclosed lawn.

This two-bedroom cottage has a cosy and homely feel. It also has a bright conservatory, with granite dining table and chairs, that adds extra space and then opens onto the patio and large grassed area. There's a comfy garden sofa outside plus a wooden patio table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining as you watch the sun set.

The cottage has been lovingly refurbished to create a simple, yet beautiful, holiday home for a family or couples looking to retreat from everyday stress and totally relax.

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove with a sandy beach. It's also close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy coastal walks, and the great outdoors. There is a superb restaurant and bar overlooking the family-friendly beach where guests can unwind and enjoy some great, locally sourced food. If you're looking for something less formal, try 'Life's a Beach Café' which is situated on the Maenporth sands.

The resort has a large 15m indoor, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and games room with table tennis and a pool table in the leisure centre. Outside there is a children's play area and two all-weather courts courts, plus a grassed area for playing football or other family ball games. You can also walk down directly to the beach through a lovely woodland path.

There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who would like to exercise and enjoy the views. The sandy beach will keep both adults and children endlessly entertained. It really is a great all-year round destination for those who want to see what Cornwall has to offer.

Please note, the tennis courts are currently closed for essential maintenance and aim to be open for May Half Term. 

Accommodation

The front entrance hall leads to the twin bedroom with plenty of storage. The décor, cushions and throws give the room a seaside vibe. 

Cloakroom with W.C., hand basin and heated towel rail, is directly opposite.

Up a further four stairs to the family bathroom with large walk-in shower, hand basin, W.C, and heated towel rail.

The spacious master bedroom with 5ft king-size bed, built-in wardrobe and dressing table. View over the woodland from both the front and side window.

Stairs from the entrance hall lead down to the open-plan living area which is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas looking out to the conservatory and garden. Smart TV with access to Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Spotify, Amazon Prime and more. DVD player, Wii games console and Bluetooth speaker.

 Attractive kitchen with built-in hob, oven and microwave, plus fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There's also a Tassimo machine for your morning coffee.

EV Car Charging: Four electric car charging points on the estate next to the Leisure Centre. Two chargers are 7kW and two are 22kW, all with type 2 chargers. You will need the EV Charge app.
