With some of the finest views that West Cornwall has to offer, this second-floor apartment with a lift, occupies prime position in the heart of Marazion. The apartment's elevated vantage point offers spectacular views from the balcony which stretches across the sea facing side of the property, making the most of the view including the beach and St Michael's Mount which stands majestically in the blue waters of Mounts Bay. There is a lift to the apartment, step out into the hall and through the door into a bright open plan living space, the view will be evident as soon as you step through the door, with the glass doors to the balcony making the most of this excellent view.
Seating and dining areas facing the seascape and the well-equipped kitchen at the other end to cook up breakfast, why not take out it out to the balcony, enjoy the morning sea air and sunrise or a glass of wine in the evening with a beautiful sunset. The first bedroom with a king size bed and door to the balcony with fantastic sea views, there is also an attractive twin bedroom and a modern shower room which complete the accommodation. There is also off-road parking for one car. Described as one of the 'most beautiful bays in the world', the crescent of the bay stretches from the Lizard to Land's End, encompassing great day trip destinations such as Mousehole, Porthleven and Porthcurno.
Marazion Beach, which is favoured among families for its safe bathing, lies a stone's throw from this attractive top floor apartment as does the village centre with its charming blend of galleries, curio shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. A 20-minute drive north-west will transport you to the fishing village of St Ives and the north coast, famous for its surfing beaches and dramatic cliff top walks. Higher Mount View is a fabulous destination for couples or friends at any time of year.
Marazion in Mounts Bay is a buzzing seaside community with a large stretch of beautiful golden beach for sandcastles, swims and boating adventures. Enjoy the restaurants, galleries and coffee houses. St Michaels Mount is the iconic part time isle reached via a cobbled causeway at low tide or ferry jaunt at high water.

The property is even better than last year. The extension and lift adds to an already stunning place. So clean, very spacious, easy to park, very clean and lovely to get your call. Such a beautiful view!

The flat was lovely and clean and well furnished. The view looking out to St. Michaels mount and the bay is fantastic. Sea front only a few minuets from the door or look out the window a car park then sea and sand. Short drive to Penzance. Already booked for next year.

The apartment has everything we could need including a decent shower and we did not need an A Level to be able to get it to work as you do some.. It is great to have parking right outside the front door and so convenient having four supermarkets close by: Morrison's, Asda, Sainsbury's and Lidl and an ice cream shop just up the road selling Callestick ice cream made in Cornwall with super flavours new this year!! .We allowed a day to explore the intriguing Saint Michael's Mount again, it was good fun walking across the causeway and we enjoyed the trip back by boat.
