This beautifully refurbished cottage is just paces from Marazion beach and the coastal footpath! The open plan living area on the ground floor encompasses a lounge, dining area and kitchen – thoughtfully presented with matching furnishings and lots of homely touches. It makes for a most sociable space, where the designated cook needn't miss out on any holiday fun. The kitchen itself is very well-equipped, with sleek units and a useful island offering plenty of preparation space and storage. Just off the living area is a handy utility room and WC, as well as doors leading to a private, enclosed patio with pretty pot plants and an outdoor dining set complete with parasol. On the first floor, a double bedroom and a twin/king size room offer flexible accommodation, and a pristine family bathroom completes the cottage. Marazion is one of Cornwall’s most popular holiday resorts, home to the legendary St Michael’s Mount and just a short drive from the historic market town of Penzance. Marazion in Mounts Bay is a buzzing seaside community with a large stretch of beautiful golden beach for sandcastles, swims and boating adventures. Enjoy the restaurants, galleries and coffee houses. St Michaels Mount is the iconic part time isle reached via a cobbled causeway at low tide or ferry jaunt at high water.
