The views of St Michaels Mount and Mounts Bay are breathtaking from almost every aspect of the front of the cottage. The kitchen is very well stocked with every utensil and crockery you need to cook a family meal with. What go out to eat when you can have such a great family meal looking at the wonderful views. Afterwards play a board game or do a jigsaw puzzle with the great collection provided. The only downside to our stay is the very narrow & steep access to the cottage if you have a big car. Not only is the driveway narrow, itâs easier to reverse in to it from the steep blind bend, but so are the access road very narrow up to the cottage. My husband blew his tyre on the first day by hitting the granite kerb on the way down the hill! We then decided to pay to park for the week in the long stay car park on the front by Marazion beach. My husband would drop me off by Cutty Sark hotel car park with shopping etc everyday as you can access the back garden of the cottage through the Cutty Sark car park. So solved the problem and the nerves!! Hence why I didnât give our stay 5 stars.
