About this property

Enjoying up-close views of St Michael’s Mount, this charming apartment for two is perfectly placed for beachside escapes along the Mount’s Bay coastline. Tastefully furnished and surprisingly spacious, it has all you'll need to enjoy a relaxing break on the coast including an attractive open plan living room with balcony, and a well-equipped adjoining galley kitchen. Once a bay window, the enclosed balcony is fabulous, and provides guests with a lovely spot to soak up the views over St Michael’s Mount, no matter the weather.

The roomy master bedroom feels light and bright and is furnished with a king size bed, while a separate shower room adds to the space on offer. Guests can dine at the small breakfast table in the living room, or choose to sit out in the communal front garden if the weather’s warm and sunny.

St Michael’s Mount is Marazion’s best-known landmark and perches just offshore. A tidal island with sub-tropical gardens and a beautiful old castle, visitors can reach the island via a land bridge at low tide, or a ferry which opens seasonally. Marazion’s beach is wide and sandy with calm water for kayaking, SUPing and swimming. The South West Coast Path runs a perfectly flat route from the town to neighbouring Penzance where there’s an Art Deco heated lido, good pubs and lovely restaurants. Slightly further along the coast and easily reached by car, Newlyn offers an authentically Cornish fishing port, and Mousehole, a picture-perfect harbourside village. Porthcurno is a 20-minute drive where guests can visit the outdoor Minack Theatre or laze on golden sand with a backdrop of turquoise water. On the opposite coastline, St Ives and Carbis Bay flaunt more beautiful beaches, excellent eateries and independent shops.
