This charming cottage was spacious and well appointed. The property was lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen - dishwasher & washing machine included. The beds and pillows were all very comfortable and the bedlinen and towels were all spotlessly white! The garden is pretty and would probably be dog proof for a small dog. Our dog isn't small, so we kept her on the lead in the garden, especially as next door have a lovely cat! The cottage is ideally situated in Lostwithiel, with shops (inc a good Co-Op), pubs etc only a few minutes walk away. Everyone we spoke to was very friendly. I would recommend this cottage - there were three generations of us there and it suited us all.

Parking is a bit of an issue, but I wouldn't count that as a major negative. Lostwitheil is a lovely village with good local amenities and the property is a good base from which to explore the local area.
