Tinner's Cottage is situated between Looe and Polperro, close to the beautiful Cornish coast. The Tremaine Manor Estate consists of the Manor house and 12 traditional cottages, barns and a shepherd's hut, situated within a secluded and private Hamlet dating back over 400 years.

The well equipped kitchen overlooks the croquet lawn at the rear of the cottage with duck egg blue kitchen cabinets, an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a dining are with pine table and six chairs. At the front of the cottage on the ground floor you will find the bunk bedroom, perfect for children and a little shower room just off the kitchen.

Heading up to the first floor you can find a snug sitting room, a lovely family room with modern leather chesterfield sofa and two armchairs, a large dresser, coffee tables and a wood burning stove. You also find beyond the sitting room two further bedrooms, one with a lovely four poster pine double bed, a second pretty double bedroom and a very spacious family bathroom.

Outside at the front of the cottage is a little patio garden with wooden loungers, garden furniture an barbecue and firepit.

Within the grounds of the estate you will find a convenient shared laundry room for all to make use of with two washing machines and tumble dryers, ideal for washing sandy costumes after a day at the beach. Tinner's Cottage welcomes two dogs with an exercise area and local kennels also available. A full-size, all weather tennis court is situated in the grounds along with a games room with table tennis, pool, dartboard, bagatelle, table football, outdoor chess, boules, croquet, badminton and assorted indoor games on-site. There is also a convenient shared laundry room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer and even a little pay as you go shop for everyday essentials.
