One of the bedrooms had a musty smell and the outside could do with some attention. Cleaning of steps and path plus a bit of pruning wouldn't go amiss. But overall it was a good stay.

We had a good holiday in Looe and surrounding area. The property could do with a review of pans and other kitchen equipment eg three pan lids but only two pans and all kitchen knives blunt with no sharpener. Limited storage for shopping other than the fridge and cooking for five in the property would have been hard work if not impossible . The garden is starting to look very overgrown with brambles coming up through the decking and numerous sycamore tree seedlings which if allowed to grow any more will completely over shadow the property . The back road and parking need attention as it caused the car to ground which ever way we went.

Lovely property, would recommend but needs a couple things to be addressed. There weee numerous opened coffee pods dumped down the side of the bed in the bunk bed room, it stank of coffee on our arrival, slightly better than the wet dog smell in the rest of the property. Take your own towels as you’re provided with 1 each and they don’t dry well at all. The garden needs some work, different table and chairs to the picture (a down grade). We were lucky non one else staying in the apartments above as I can imagine the noise! The wardrobe in the main bedroom rattled as you walked past!Dishwasher still not fixed! No washing machine which is not good, no one wants to take lots of washing back! Kitchen tap needs replacing as we were worried it would snap lifting it up on cold!. Other than that, it was a beautiful property, nice and cool, very peaceful as you can’t hear any traffic or people, just the birds. It just needs some small upgrades! If you have a “low car” forget parking at the property, very much an “off road” experience otherwise and it was quite muddy through the forest. I’d stay there again, lovely short walk to town although quite a steep hill.
