Ground floor cottage, one of eight courtyard properties situated on a camping and caravan park with shared indoor pool and hot tub, near to the town of Looe.

This cottage benefits from all the amenities of its holiday park location, and is also within easy reach of many of Cornwall s most popular towns and attractions. The harbour town of Looe is a short drive away and offers some lovely eateries, many of which serve fresh, local seafood brought in by the town s fishing fleet. Looe Island, famous for its grey seals, can also be reached from here by boat. The smaller harbour town of Polperro is just a short drive away, as is the large sandy beach at Millendreath. This cottage, all on one level makes for a relaxing place to spend a Cornish break. The main living space is the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where guests can relax on the comfy sofas watching the TV and DVD. In the dining area, there is a good sized dining table seating six and beyond this area is the well equipped kitchen, where guests will find everything they need to prepare their favourite meals including a fan assisted oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. The property has three bedrooms: a double with its own TV and two twins. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside is a communal courtyard area with seating shared with other guests in the complex and ample parking. The complex itself has great leisure facilities (shared with other guests at the park) including an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub. Please note that children under 16 are not permitted to use the hot tub for safety reasons. There is also a bar, restaurant and hot food takeaway which is open during Easter, Whitsun, summer and Autumn half term holidays. On site play facilities include a children's play park and a games room with pool and air hockey. Need to know: 3 bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twins. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC T. TV and DVD, plus additional TV in master bedroom. Limited Wi Fi available on site. Kitchen Oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and dishwasher. Electric and central heating included. 2 dogs welcome. Ample parking. Access to holiday park's shared facilities: play park, games room, indoor pool, hot tub, restaurant, bar and takeaway (some facilities seasonal only). Shared dog exercising field onsite. Shop on site, pub 2 miles, beach 1.7 miles. The restaurant and bar will be open for outdoor service and the swimming pool will be open but pre booking is required. .
